Submit Your Institutional Action Plan

The Institutional Action Plan is the basic building block of the Microcredit Summit Campaign. Each Council Member, whether institution or individual, agrees to develop an action plan, specifying the contributions that it intends to make toward the fulfillment of the Campaign's goals, and to report each year on the progress made the previous 12 months. An action plan contains quantitative goals, a description of methods, and a time table for implementation.

To assist in the development of action plans that reflect the principles outlined in the Microcredit Summit Declaration and Plan of Action and to facilitate the sharing of bold and innovative plans, the Secretariat has developed Institutional Action Plan (IAP) forms for each Council.

We are currently (1/12/12) working to update the IAP for all Councils, and the 2012 forms will be available to download in the coming weeks. The drop down menu still has the 2011 IAPs; please do not fill the 2011 IAP out to submit for 2012. For versions in Spanish or French, click on the tabs at the top of the website.
