At the Africa Region Microcredit Summit Meeting of Councils, council members were selected to
present their Institutional Action Plans (IAPs).
The table of contents at
the left lists the IAPs that were presented.
The following are excerpts from four action plans and their presenters
explaining each institution's strengths and weaknesses with regard to the Summit's core themes of reaching
the poorest families, reaching and empowering women, building financially self-sufficient institutions, and
