The paper that has been presented, has clearly represented that microfinance institutions can reach the poorest people in a financially sustainable way. Institutions today are starving for funds, for resources—not for subsidized funds, but for funds at market rate . And we from SHARE will be able to reach out to one million clients in the next five years, provided we are able to actually tie up with some commercial bank who will be able to give us the right kind of terms and conditions with a long term implementation period, and we will be able to pay a market price.
