Each representing a different sector of society, the Microcredit Summit Campaign Councils are a forum for similar organizations to support one another in developing and implementing Institutional Action Plans for contributing to the Campaign's goals.
Council Member institutions commit to educating their staffs, their members, and their communities about microcredit and the Campaign's goals. They work to enlist others in the campaign to meet the Campaign's goals. Council Member institutions promote a learning agenda and the exchange of best practices among Council members. Most importantly, Council Members agree to submit annual Institutional Action Plans (IAPs) outlining their institution's contribution to the fulfillment of the Campaign's goals.
Council Membership Forms are listed to the right in order of council size, from largest number of members to smallest. To join a Microcredit Summit Campaign Council, please fill out the appropriate Council Membership Form.
