The Microcredit Summit Campaign commissioned four papers to be written for the
1999 Meeting of Councils that focused on the
Campaign's core themes. The papers have since been updated and
were widely distributed before and during the Africa Region
Microcredit Summit Meeting of Councils and the Asia Pacific
Region Microcredit Summit Meeting of Councils. At
the meeting's plenary sessions, the paper authors and
international donor agency leaders discussed the papers
and answered questions from delegates in attendance. The table of contents at
the left lists each plenary
discussion at the Africa Region Microcredit Summit Meeting of Councils as well
as the Institutional Action Plans (IAPs) that were presented. Click here
